THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS OF USE WHICH Workdig OFFERS YOU FOR ACCESS TO OUR SITE.
Workdig Inc. reserves the right to change any terms and conditions. Please review the following that describes our terms and conditions, and our policy and conditions of the usage of Workdig. By accepting all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement you accept the terms stated by reference of Workdig. You become a member once you have accepted the User Agreement .IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SITE OR THIS SERVICE.
Disclaimer:
Workdig cannot be held responsible for server down time, or your inability to access our site. Notifications sent by email may take longer than expected, and cannot be counted on to inform you of an item's status. In the event of technical problems, we reserve the right to cancel, restart, or extend an auction as the circumstances may dictate.
Modification of Terms of Use
Changes to the Terms of Use may be posted without notice. Workdig reserves
the right at its sole discretion to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. Workdig will notify you via email of any changes. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use as modified. All users of this site are bound by these conditions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review any changes to these requirements.
Your Registration Obligations
As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with Workdig and select a password and screen name ("Workdig User ID"). You shall provide Workdig with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Workdig account. You may not (I) select or use as a Workdig User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a Workdig User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as a Workdig User ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. Workdig reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Workdig User ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Workdig password. Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to register for or use the Services.
Member Conduct
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
- to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users;
- to contribute any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
- for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content;
- to post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Workdig user;
- to create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other Workdig users or any URL;
- to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
- With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (I) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
- to create separate user accounts with the intention of artificially inflating any other Workdig service.
Workdig may remove any Content and close accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. To report Terms of Use abuse, please email: abuse@workdig.com
Accurate Information:
Members will provide accurate and true information when listing on the site. It the information is not accurate the following may happen.
1st Offense- Warning
2nd Offense- Temporary suspension
3rd Offense- Permanent Suspension from the site

**Note: Workdig Inc. retains the rights, to halt, prevent or terminate any transaction it determines to be inaccurate or inappropriate. This may lead to the immediate discontinuation of the service and termination of your account.
We have no control over the quality or accuracy of the items advertised on the site. As a member you assume all the risks and responsibility for each transaction that you are involved with. By using this site you agree not to involve Workdig in any claim relating to buyer and seller relationship.
Workdig and its subsidiaries are not resellers and do not list products for sale through the site. All of the products and services offered are made by third-party customers.
Links and Search Results
Workdig.com has no control over such sites and resources, and you acknowledge and agree that Workdig.com is not responsible for the content or information contained therein. Workdig.com cannot and does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the content or information contained in such third-party sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Workdig.com does not endorse the content or information of any third-party site or resource, and further does not warrant that such sites or resources will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. Termination
under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Workdig account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your Workdig account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Workdig sole discretion and that Yahoo! shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the service.
Cause for Termination of Agreement
- False, inaccurate and/or misleading information provided
- Misrepresentation of the identity
- Abuse of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Multiple accounts
- Listing of firearms and military equipment
- Listing of illegal products such as drugs
- Listing of items that infringe on copyright, trademark, patents or other rights to third parties
- Soliciting pornography- any “adult” material i.e.) x-rated movies or pornographic images or recordings
- Solicitation of prostitution
- Discrimination of race
- Listing of religious beliefs and political views on the site.
- Violation of any law, statutes or regulations
The Terms of Use may be changed at any time and will be posted on our site. We have the right to discontinue the site with or without notice to the site’s members. The use of this site constitutes that you accept any changes or modifications we deem necessary. If you do not agree with these terms do not use this service or the site.
Trademarks
Workdig logos are certification marks owned by Workdig Inc. The name Workdig is a registered trademark. Symbols, trade name, company name and logos, which appear within the site, are the property of Workdig Inc. Without Workdig’s prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the Workdig marks.
Copyright
This database is protected by copyright laws, and is owned by Workdig Inc and its members. All materials on this site are protected by copyright laws and are owned by working Inc or by the member who has supplied the data. Any commercial use of the listings or data in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, is specifically forbidden except with the prior written authority of the owner of the copyright.
Users may, subject to these Terms and Conditions, print or otherwise save individual pages for private use. However, property listings and/or data may not be modified or altered in any respect, merged with other data or published in any form, in whole or in part.

In the event of a disagreement between members listed on this site you release Workdig from any claims, losses, liabilities, cost and expenses (including but no limited to attorney’s fees) arising from or in association with our breach of this agreement. Members of Workdig agree NOT to hold any legal responsibility to our subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and our suppliers of service. Any violation of provincial or state or Federal or Foreign or International laws, codes, and regulation is prohibited.
Effective Date of this Terms and Conditions:
This Terms and Conditions and is effective as of April 1, 2006 and last updated December 27, 2007.
